We'll start at a base camp then ride some trails at Limekiln.

Learn mountain biking basics from coaches and fellow students on the race team.
Go for a ride and experience two tracks / single tracks, small lifts and drops and maybe even a mini sprint race to see how fast you are!

It's a great way to get outside, learn skills and fitness in an activity for your lifetime!

Your parents must be there and sign a waiver - it's the only way!
They may be able to leave once we go for a ride. -
If you bring your own bike, we will give it a safety inspection before we ride.

If you'd like to borrow a bike, we may be able to help
We have a fleet of bikes that we can probably use one from. -
You MUST wear a helmet!
We also have these if you need to borrow one. -
Wear appropriate clothing for the day's forecast.
Layers may be needed. -
Only closed-toed foot wear is allowed.
